3/14 stream-cat ,ADL ,BIB& QOL

Mission:
1.We have succed assessing one p't in the morning with the stream-CAT(paper sheet),because the PDA service inavailable.
2.But we have assessed 3P't in the afternoon with 2 QOL and 1ADL and BIB.

Questions:
1.If the patient was retired before get stroke, how do we interpret the items of 8 and 9(about the family role and work)?
2.We need to make sure the vision clearance of the patient before the test.
